This past October I traveled to London to visit my sister. She moved there in March and when I finally had some down time in between weddings, I hopped on a plane and made my way across the pond. My first day there we decided to go to the Portobello Market on Portobello Road in West London. This market is one of the most famous street markets in the world! The Portobello Market stretches about two miles up Portobello Road and visitors {like myself!} were able to enjoy shopping for antiques, art, vintage clothing, delicious food and much, much more! It was an amazing thing to experience. On my second day in London I was supposed to team up with Wedding Sparrow on a beautiful styled shoot, but as luck would have it, a HUGE storm decided to hit the coast of England which was exactly the location for our shoot. Instead, my sister and I took a day trip to Richmond. Richmond is considered one of London’s most attractive boroughs and lies about 15 miles southwest of London. “The River Thames runs right through the heart of the borough linking  Hampton Court Palace, Richmond town centre and Kew Gardens with central London. With beautiful Royal parks and historic houses, theatres, museums and galleries rich with exhibits and town centres bursting with shops and restaurants.” It was such a beautiful place to stop and have a late lunch. On my third day in London, I teamed up with Chic Weddings in Italy in Notting Hill to collaborate on a styled shoot. More on this shoot coming soon! Finally, on my last day in London, my sister and I took the tube to Covent Garden where we did some shopping and enjoyed a late lunch next to a fireplace in a warm and cozy pub. All in all I had an incredible trip and I can’t wait to return at some point in 2014!

Charming Lindsay! I still need to make it to London and you’ve renewed my determination!

Your images are absolutely stunning and this post makes me want to move to London, like, yesterday!

Oh this telephone booths! Love the character and color in these. Gorgeous!

Awe Lindsay, what a shame about the Wedding Sparrow shoot – I was aware of that going on as I follow them and the storm was not a good one. The rest of your days in London sounded good though! Look forward to seeing the rest of the photos.

Lindsay! These images are so lovely. London is my dream place to travel so seeing your images makes me want to visit even more!
